VINEGARS & OILS
In salads, oils and vinegars are essential but some fancy oils
and vinegars are very expensive and come from countries like Italy
and France. Of course, anyone can make their own and if you have
a good recipe, hang onto it and keep it a secret, it could be worth
gold. I have a few recipes which even the worst cook can make without
botching it so it has to be good. Just contact me for details. The
recipes I have are so simple, your child could do it and there´s
no cooking involved. I do make many different types of oils and
vinegars for use in salads, marinades and dips. The vinegars presently
available are garlic, chives and tarragon.
