LOCATION

Some experts in the field of reflexology believe that clients should make an effort to go out and visit a park, a relaxing environment outside the home, an office, clinic, or a friend´s home. This is part of the healing process which gets you moving again so that each time you move it gets easier. For others, of course, things are not so easy so I make outcalls. In the summer, a park is an ideal location to have a reflexology session while enjoying the outdoors. The experience should be part of a healing process and should be enjoyed. Anywhere that is comfortable is ideal. Please see address on the last page.

Everyone seems to feel that time is flying faster than ever whether or not we are having fun, and even if we feel strapped for time, everyone should take an hour to themselves once in awhile to feel better, become healthier and recoop, rejuvenate and relax. Full sessions usually take 1 hour or more if necessary, I want people to enjoy every minute without feeling rushed. Both the hands and feet are worked on as well as all parts of the body. Reflexology will save time off on the job due to sickness, increase efficiency in all aspects of your life and help you enjoy better health. I have also started practicing full body reflexology, based on Mildred Carter & Tammy Weber´s book “Body Reflexology” giving full body massage.
