Muscle Cramps Tea
You need magnesium, sodium, calcium & potassium which can control
the chemical balance of the body. Drink more water & fresh juices
- not sugar laden, store bought. Also, exercising during hot weather
can cause muscle cramps often due to dehydration. Apply heat to
muscle cramps.
Summertime Punch for Muscle Cramps
- 1 large bunch green grapes
- 1/2 lime
- 1 kale leaf
- 2 stalks celery
- Water
Juice grapes, lime & celery. Mix juice with equal amount of
water.
Mineral Tonic for Muscle Cramps
- Handful of parsley
- 2 turnip leaves
- 1 kale leaf
- 4-5 carrots, green removed (greens are toxic).
Roll up parsley in turnip and kale leaves. Push through hopper
with carrots.
Summer Breeze for Muscle Cramps
- 1 orange peeled but leave white pith
- 1 med. bunch green grapes
- 2 c watermelon pieces with rind
- 1 mint sprig
Put the first 3 ingredients in juicer. Place juice in tall glass
& serve with mint sprig garnish.
Magnesium Muscle Cramp Reliever
- 1 clove garlic
- Handful of parsley
- 4-5 carrots without tops
- 2 stalks celery
- Parsley sprig for garnish
Wrap garlic in parsley & juice with carrots & celery. Garnish
glass with parsley sprig.
Sweet Magnesium Smoothie
- 1 pint blackberries - save some for garnish
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 oz. silken tofu
- 1 tbsp. brewer´s yeast
Juice berries then place in blender or food processor with remaining
ingredients. Garnish with whole blackberries. Drink 1 hr. before
bed.
Cucumber Cooler for Muscle Cramps
- 1 tomato
- 1 cuke
- 2 celery stalks
- Parsley sprig for garnish
Juice tomato & pour juice into ice cube tray & freeze.
Juice cucumber & celery. Pour juice into tall glass, add tomato
cubes & garnish with parsley.
Mint Foam for Muscle Cramps
- handful of mint
- 1 green apple - seeded
- 1 firm kiwi - peeled
- 1 Mint sprig
Bunch up mint & push through juicer with apple & kiwi.
Juice into wine glass & garlic with mint.
